Tech Support for Seniors
Patient • Professional • Personal
Senior Savvy specializes in providing one-on-one technical support and workshops for seniors.
Workshops
Tech Time with Abbie workshops focus on topics specifically targeted to older folks. Live workshops offer interaction with residents before the class and Q/A immediately following. Most often delivered via Zoom, they can also be recorded and broadcasted through your community content channel.

New Tele-Tech
Delivered in the same manner and software your residents are accustomed to receiving Tele-Medicine, Senior Savvy is now providing Tele-Tech services. This exclusive value-added service is offered through the community engagement provider with the ability to link directly into the resident’s apartment and support them with any technical device they need help with. It is also a non-regulated connection to the consumer and can be used to check in on the mental well-being of the resident, as a meaningful way to connect.
Remote Support
We have been helping clients remotely through Zoom, Mac Screen Share, PC Quick Assist and TeamViewer for several months now. Please contact me if you need any tech support or instruction. We will help you get connected right away! You are not alone here and everyone, regardless of their age, has had to make this shift. We can do it together!
